• I strive to become a better advocate and accomplice for all students I serve when it comes to them gaining equitable access to higher education.

Law, Policy & Governance

• As an individual with different intersecting identities, I am passionate about advocating for the change of harmful laws and policies that disenfranchise and marginalize students of non-majority identities.

Organizational & Human Resources

• I also plan to work with other Student Affairs Professionals to develop their DEI practices and beliefs, alongside creating opportunities to recruit/retain higher education professionals of marginalized identities.
