Thank you for visiting my site. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education with a Specialization in American Indian/Indigenous Studies. I am currently looking for opportunities in DEI for both higher ed and non-higher ed organizations. My primary area of interest is seeing how Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institutions (NASNTI) help create a Sense of Belonging for Queer, Trans, and Two-Spirit Indigenous Students.  My secondary area of interest in the field is seeing the impact non-HBCU MSIs have on student success as compared to their HBCU and PWI counterparts.
