Thank you for visiting my site. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education with a Emphasis in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I am currently looking for opportunities in DEI for both higher ed and non-higher ed organizations. My primary area of interest is seeing how Living-Learning Communities based upon marginalized identities create a stronger sense of belonging for students who participate as compared to their peers.  My secondary area of interest in the field is seeing the impact non-HBCU MSIs have on student success as compared to their HBCU and PWI counterparts.
